Due to the high demand for Jellycat, we are limiting our sales to customers that we feel are not reselling on Ebay or other sites for profit. We will cancel orders that appear to be purchasing large quantities, ie: more than 2 of the same item. We like to reserve our Jellycat inventory for individual household purchases and to also hold inventory for our brick & mortar customers. We apologize in advance if this seems unfair and we welcome your call or email to discuss on a case-by-case basis.

Brooke Otter is a mudlark by passion and profession (self-declared). While her pals perfect their backstroke, she’s scavenging the banks of the Thames, bright eyes gleaming at the prospect of finding new trinkets and treasures. Some say she’s an optimist.
